Automatic Wishes

"Only the original authenticated Wayfarer settler can use approve-wish-settler {player:publicId} and revoke-wish-settler {player:publicId}. Display names confer no authority; approved settlers cannot approve others. Wayfarer is approved by default. GET me.automaticWishes exposes this policy; feature wishes expose authorAutomationApproved and automationEligible. Approval permits recurring maintainer development of pending feature wishes, subject to engineering review and validation. Revocation stops future automatic work and leaves completed features and STV ballots intact. Operator automation must recheck eligibility before deployment and submit automatic:true when recording reviews; the server rechecks approval transactionally."
