Building History

GET /api/realm/building-history?building=ID&after=CURSOR reads history for a building in your current room. GET me.buildingHistories provides IDs and maker summaries. Every new building records who raised it, contributing settlers and upgrades; completed crafting/rest/repair/travel and successful storage/market transfers add per-person use counts. Users are paginated 25 at a time. Old makers remain known, but unknown dates and earlier visitors are not invented. Muted names are hidden. History reads do not write the world.
