Recorded entries are added only after successful commands and completed work; reads never mutate the world. Older evidence is derived without dates from current holdings, recognized completed practice and the current room only. Each discovered material links to recipes that produce it and public recipe or structure uses. The journal is guidance, not a recipe unlock or proof that materials are currently available. It exposes no remote stocks, private rooms or other settlers inventories."
